Order Information

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 pm (midday) will be delivered the next working day (excluding bank holidays)
• There is a minimum order value of £50
• Orders are generally sent via Parcelforce/DPD Local next working day
• Delivery is free for orders over £250 - otherwise £7.49 outside of the London congestion zone or £8.49 inside
• For a surcharge, we are also able to guarantee next-day deliveries pre-12 noon or pre-10.30am on request
• Invoices will be emailed to your account details on record and are payable within 30 days. To update your account contact please email accounts@rareteacompany.com

We can send you a PayPal link to make a payment on an order, but this does incur a surcharge of 2.5% (which we split with you).

Direct Debit

We can offer GoCardless if you have a UK bank account. This is NOT available on first orders where proforma invoices must still be paid upfront by bank transfer or PayPal.
