HOW DO I ORDER?

Add required teas and teaware to your basket and checkout. If you have any problems feel free to pop us a message at orders@rareteacompany.com and we will help you out.

WHAT'S THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

£50 and orders over £250 will qualify for free shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Any orders placed before 12 pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day on a next-day delivery service. Please allow for 1-2 days delivery however to avoid disappointment in the case of delivery issues.

HOW DO I ORDER EMPTY TINS?

Please add the correct number of Limited Edition Empty Tins (Small, Medium or Large) to your basket and the number of stickers you need for each tea as well.

HOW LONG WILL MY TEA LAST?

If stored correctly in their sealed pouches, tea will last for years. Once opened however we recommend using teas within 6 months to avoid them losing any flavour and aroma.

Store your tea out of direct heat and light and in an airtight container such as one of our tins to keep it fresh.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DECAF TEA?

We don't offer decaffeinated tea because the process either uses nasty chemicals or strips the leaf of its flavour. Instead, we have a delicious range of herbal infusions that are naturally caffeine free.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes once your order has been confirmed please get in touch with orders@rareteacompany.com or 02076810115 as soon as possible to speak to one of our team. Our order process is fully automated so it might not always be possible to amend a submitted order.

HOW DO I GET A COPY OF MY INVOICE?

Invoices will be emailed to your account details on record and are payable within 30 days. If you haven't received your invoice or would like a copy, please email accounts@rareteacompany.com.
